Our friends at History Major Records have kindly released Secret Doors on vinyl, and it’s available now. The artwork is different than the CD — and it’s by Dan, of course — and there’s an insert with lyric sheet. And the best part is the vinyl’s blue.
To purchase a copy and take a look at their catalogue, please visit the HMR store.
Sean’s lyrics appear in the packaging of Beijing to Boston, a compilation put out by Brain Failure and Big D and the Kids Table, and The Smallest World in the World is quoted in track six.
The CD was released in China and we don’t know what the Chinese characters say, but we hope it’s something good!
Along with a bunch of local bands and friends, we have a song — a previously unreleased version of “Satin Rules” — on Endless Recordings’ latest compilation, which comes out today, called Knocks from the Underground: The Best of Underplayed Boston.
Some of the bands on the comp include friends Tiny Amps, Beat Awfuls, Mad Man Films and Shore Leave. We’re psyched to be part of such a great community of musicians and are super-psyched to have been asked to be a part of this project.
